Items not ordered off the floor are completed within 8-12 weeks and require a 25% down deposit.

Yes, if for any reason there is an issue due to the workmanship of our products we will fix it free of charge as long as it is considered a manufactures defect. We realize accidents do happen from everyday use and we can get these items repaired and back in your home at an additional cost.

Yes! We offer a local white-glove delivery service, and domestic shipping. Deliveries are at an additional cost and decided based upon distance, type of home, and servicemen needed to complete the delivery.

We recommend cleaning our furniture with mild soap and water on a damp cloth or guardsman cleaner and polish which is available at our store. We don't recommend using any wax products. This will dull the finish over time.
